All you need to do is rising up early to start with the basic Sadhana exercise. The most effective hour is at 4:00 am ‘til 6:00 or 7:00 am everyday and these hours are called Ambrosial hours. You will get an extreme positive results if you will dedicate your time everyday for Sadhana. Many might ask questions like why it’s so early? Can we just do it anytime of the day?

Well, the yoga experts explain that these two and a half hour which they call it as the ambrosial hours, before the sun rises, is the time where you can easily connect with God. You can simply achieve the cleansing of your physical body by starting in the ambrosial hours.

Another great thing about the ambrosial hours is that since it’s too early, most people are still asleep and you could easily attain the silence you need with your meditation and breathing exercises. Meeting your goal of doing your yoga exercises during the ambrosial hours can be possible by setting your alarm clock early if you can’t really wake up during those hours. For sure, in time, you will get used to it and it will be a regular thing for you by waking up early in the morning.
